State of Vermont, Office of the CIO

• Scope: Seat on the Technology Advisory Council for CIO’s office for the Enterprise Architecture development project
• Duration: 12 months-plus
• Role: One of ACI Technology’s Principal’s is currently one of six members on the Technology Advisory Council for the Office of the CIO. The primary charter of the council is to develop a robust, overarching Enterprise Architecture that can be instituted for the Agency of Human Services, particularly for the selection and implementation of a new Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) to meet the Federal Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) framework.

Department of Homeland Security

• Scope: 390 Facility Infrastructure Upgrade and Migration (Novell DS to Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft AD to AD upgrade), including design and rollout of “physical-to-virtual” consolidation plan
• Duration: Still in-progress. Two year project.
• Role: Senior Project Manager – managing 6 area Project Managers, 4 Control Account Managers, and ultimately responsible for 100+ person deployment team
• Role: 5 Person “Red Team” – Centralized Migration Tools Specialists: Having the specialists working remotely, as opposed to visiting each facility in concert with the deployment team, saved the customer hundreds of thousands of dollars in cost and travel.
