Disney

• Scope: Application Development and Upgrade Project covering 3 continents (U.S., Japan, Australia)
• Duration: 10 months
• Role: Senior Project Manager – scoped and designed the deployment methodology and then managed the rollout, including all international project leads

Mazda North America

• Scope: 1000 Dealership “Technology Refresh” project in Canada and the U.S.
• Duration: Initially approved and budgeted for 24 months, we delivered in 18 months
• Role: Coordinated all logistics including resource deployment/scheduling, hardware delivery, and issue resolution. Also built and manned a “16×7” support desk for the duration of the deployment

National Medical Enterprises (now Tenet Healthcare)

• Scope: Nationwide, 85 Hospital infrastructure upgrade project including desktop replacement, end-user data migration, server implementation, router/network install and configuration, and end-user issue resolution and training
• Duration: 24 months
• Role: Project Management, on-site Lead engineering role, and on-site deployments teams
